Items that don't meet our standards will be rejected. All toys will be cleaned and sanitized before they hit our sales shelves :)
Drop off
Once your items are approved you are good to drop them off!
Located in the back of the building you will find a curb side pick up room.
The address is 4227 Petrolia Line.
You can conveniently park right by the door!

Fill out the drop off form and attach it to your items. You can put your items in card board boxes, clean grocery or garbage bags (aprox. 20L). Please don't tie tie knots too tight.

In the drop off room, you will find a form. Please fill it out and attach it to your items. One for each bag.

Offer
Within a week, one of our team members will reach out to you with an offer by sending you an email to the address that you have provided on the form.
You can accept or decline by simply replying to the email you received. If you accept the offer - great! If you don't, you can simply pick up your items through the lockers at any time. Or if anything remains, we can donate to a local non profit organization as well.

If you chose not to pick up the items we didn't chose to purchase within 2 weeks, we reserve the right to donate anything remaining, including bins/bags, etc
You will receive payment per e-transfer! ​​Please make sure your email address is on the drop off form!

Compensation
Usually, the rule of thumb is approximately 1/3 of what we'd sell the item for in our online store, is what we offer you.
If your items are high quality or brand new items we can offer closer to 1/2.
Feel free to leave a note with how much you originally bought the items for and we can also research on pricing.
What we are looking for
We are currently looking for all sizes preemie and newborn up to size 10.
We love brand names and unique items that are in great shape.
We accept books, that look brand new and are free of marks or tears.
